Overview

Imagine a jam-packed wicked weekend of hitting the awesome Turoa or Whakapapa Ski fields! A package that suits all levels of snowboarding and skiing experience.

Your complete weekend package includes:

* Transport from Auckland to Mt Ruapehu

* Accommodation for 2 nights - this is dormitory style at our ski chalet in Ohakune (maybe subject to change) 500m from the Powder Keg, restaurants and bars.

* Mountain Shuttle - including morning drop off and afternoon pick up to Turoa or Whakapapa Ski fields.

* Breakfast - self serve continental or cooked on both days.

Please note that this package does not include lift tickets, ski instruction, ski/snowboard hire, clothing hire or dinner and lunch. These will all need to be purchased as an additional expense.

Location

Taupo (Taupo and Central Volcanic Plateau - North Island)

We depart from Auckland, visit Mt Ruapehu. On the day of departure, we are able to collect you from your accommodation in central Auckland.

Numbers

We require a minimum of 4 people for this tour to take place. We operate with a maximum of 16 people on each tour.

Session Time

This is a weekend package. We'll depart from Auckland at approximately 4pm on Friday afternoon. After a weekend of awesome action on the slopes we'll return to Auckland at around 10pm on Sunday.

Guidelines & Restrictions

This trip suits all levels of snowboarding and skiing experience, however you will need to be 10 years old and over. Remember to bring warm clothes, snow jacket and pants (can be hired), waterproof gloves, snowboard and ski equipment (can be hired).

Also bring thick/warm socks, beanie, sunscreen and lip balm, goggles and/or sunnies, swimming togs and towel (for hot pools), sleeping bag, camera, personal items, party funds and lots of energy!
