Overview

You and three friends, colleagues, or family members will board our sports-fisher in the early morning and meet the crew. You'll then travel to the fishing grounds and set the baits. With guidance from the crew, you'll be shown what to expect and how to manage the fishing equipment. Then how to look for the signs of game fish, feeding birds, dolphins, flying fish gliding away in fright, and the sight of a Marlin chasing the bait. Any fish captured can be weighed at our fishing club and photos taken, smoked for eating or released to fight another day. The angler's choice.

Paihia (Northland - North Island)

This experience takes place in the Bay of Islands.

Numbers

This experience is four four people. Only four people plus crew will be present on the boat as this is an exclusive charter.

Session Time

Minimum of 8 hours. The fishing season is mid December until the end of May.

Guidelines & Restrictions

Suitable for most ages, although the very young or very eldery may find it too challenging.

A snack lunch provided for each angler, tea and coffee on board. All bait and tackle is supplied.

All fishing excursions are subject to weather or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation your experience will be rescheduled. Bookings are subject to availability, we recommend that you book in advance to avoid to disappoint.
